Who knows? They are practically as able as astartes except for some minor differences so maybe.
no they are not allowed to serve in the death watch there not astartes, they just wear power armour and have none of the implants that a astartes have
I've seen IG regiments go into Deathwatch. Sisters might also be allowed.
imperial guard do not enter deathwatch services.
Deathwatch= Ordo Xenos.
Sisters of Battle= Ordo Hereticus
No. They're not allowed to serve the Deathwatch. That doesn't mean they can't help the Deathwatch though.
