question should be, why don't they? it looks ******* badass!
umm...cause it would make it too advance? (Fully agree on the badass part though)
Too advanced? They're physically altered superhumans whose standard issue weaponry consists of bullets that turn into missiles, power armor that shrugs off most conventional weaponry, and the Imperium in whole has giant war machines the size of skyscrapers and you want to discuss "too advanced"?
How give a **** it looks great.
And now it looks like as POWER ARMOR! Not as the simple plates of metal that can be pierced by one shot. And it looks B.A.D.A.S.S. And at last it is Imperial Fist picture. This is rare thing...
