For everyone that likes Warhammer 40k Tabletop and Dawn of War Games or anything to do with Warhammer 40K.
I took a look at the Forge World recon squad models and thought, "What if they were all camo, with no Legion colors at all for the sake of stealth?" The result.
Green eye lenses because of night vision stereotypes. Feat. ultra tactical boltguns.
Ah I miss the good ol days when we painted out marines in camo that suited the terrain ..... was still easy to identify them due to their emblems and unit markings.

its for this reason I still paint my SM scouts are still painted with cammo and cammo cloaks >:)
Would need a different suit of power armor for every type of camo needed for every type of terrain. Or some universal pattern and let the cloaks do the rest. Alpha Legion was the closest it ever got. Dan Abnett's "Legion" has them pulling off stuff such as sneaking up on elite bodyguards trained since childhood and walking through trip-laser alarms without setting them off.
I don't think it would be hard to repaint the armor for each deployment, I'm sure a Servitor could have it done in minutes.
Chapters like the Howling Griffons and Raptors regularly have their armor repainted with camouflage to suit a given operation so it can't take that long to overhaul the colors of a battleplate.
The Dark Angels 1st company terminators painted their armor ashen white just before going into battle on Plain's World too.
Ah, the Reasonable Marines are back.
