I thought they didn't talk...
They're using hand gestures and signals, just like real life tactical operators.
I remember reading somewhere, I think it was the Only War role playing guide, that Kriegers don't talk that much, their pretty stoic and spartan by nature. and when you grow up on an irradiated ball of slag that the kriegers grow up on, you'd be pretty hard as well.
If the rumors of Krieg are true they don't grow up in Krieg. They're just pulled out of a vat and sent to the frontlines.
