The Imperium can't fit more dakka on that tank, maybe if it got looted by the orks they could, but this is pretty much as much dakka as it gets.

Needs to be more orky like.

Slap heavy stubbers or storm bolters on the remaining 3 hatches.
Remove the backpacks/gear and you could fit a demolisher cannon there... just saying...
those are probably filled with smaller dakka.
