I really can't imagine the lure that Nurgle uses to attract new followers.
yeah why the F would someone do this to him self, i can understand those who caught some of nurgles plague and have no choice but to die after some terrible pain or submit to him but what about the rest who go there willingly?
People love to exchange their souls to avoid the pain of death. Nurgle offers that.
The lure of Nurgle is simply despair, just give up.
