I don't remember what these guys were called, but their duty was to collect equipment from dead and wounded soldiers on the battlefield.
I don't think so. One looks like an apothecary, the one in the middle an officer and the one on the left a A tech-priest.

yup you're right, he's called a Quartermaster and the other guys are his Retinue.
