Not sure about the part with "the best wargear" =) Guardsmen are generally underequiped and with 100 000 000 manpower are probably stretched like hell all over the Imperium and are always facing overwhelming odds.
they forgot the Shovels, those are mandatory in Korps of Krieg
Yeah seriously how could they forget the most essential piece of wargear needed by every death korps of krieg guardsmen ever? What else are they going to use to kill the enemies of the man-emperor? The damn laser pointers?
The shovels are included in the "BEST WARGEAR KNOW TO THE IMPERIUM" part
