They're pretty much all Warhammer-ized Mass Casualty Incident(MCI) documents and supplies. Taking an Emergency Medical Responder course (as far as the U.S. goes, anyways) will take you over most of these...just with less awesome, obviously.
Did they also teach you how to administer the Emperor's Mercy™ properly?
