If it was up to MAAAATT WAAAAARD describe this scene he would do something like this:
"Upon being approached by the heretical berserk, the Ultramarine Sargent set up a witty trap by pretending their own deaths and attacking when the chaos marine least expect."
"When the Chaos Marine reached his foes bodies to collect trophies of his deeds, a deadly knife rose from his foes bodies and struck him deadly in his insides killing him and briefly shocking his battle brothers before the hailstorm of bolts and blades begin again, ending with the Ultramarine's victory for they used cunning tactics and brilliance to fool their enemies and achieve victory".
Really you can't argue with trolls and rabid fanboys, since those will twist everything to suit their "views".

Plus Khorne invested a lot of money into him so he kinda can't die.
Funny story:
When I was playing a TT game against my mate (who had Kharn) in my first turn I killed Kharn with two scouts, double shot from both on him. We laughed a lot.
