..Yes, but Space Marines aren't born. They're chosen at around.. what is it, adolescence? Then they're implanted through various stages with the different organs. That's why Scout Marines don't wear Power Armour. They don't have the necessary organs to interface with it. Muhaha, hahaha.
I would hate to see that bathroom...
