Dual-wield = badass.
now try a dual wield heavy bolter :D (He can do this he is space marine!!!)
even if he's a space marine i think that's asking a bit much.
And what about angry marines?
Iron hands might be able too, if both arms are cybernetic.

Iron hands are a brutal chapter. Cold and ruthless but they get the job done.
