The troops look a bit like the Cerberus core special ops soldiers from Jin-Roh. They would surely be hell of lot tougher.

chaos needs an army like the death korps, we would become invincible in combination with the my brothers of the Death Guard and Night Lords
Yea the Chaos need more original regular ground army's like the Blood Pact for example. They need to be just as diverse as the IG in my opinion after all the 40K universe is quite vast.
