That is a pretty damn good pic, nice find.
Brother Sargent: His pauldrons reach his elbow, thus he can't aim up, should we use this for our advantage and strike from above !
Initiate scout: But Brother, our pauldrons also cover our elbows, we can't aim up either, they can pull the same stunt on us...

I had a way longer dialogue up but didn't post because it was huge and bordering being silly and annoying
