the overall style is nifty, but the artist clearly hasn't observed certain very important but unspoken rules of Warhammer aesthetics:
1. Pauldrons are enormous; deviation from this is heresy.
2. Orks have big heads, always.
in addition, the chainsword would snap in a gentle breeze like a twig and that storm(?)bolter's magazine is absurdly tiny. AND the greenskin's face is more that of the Hulk than a right and proper WAAAGH! boy's.
and no, i wouldn't forgive these points for the sake of them being part of the "artistic interpretation"; they just look wrong in their present context. i wouldn't even recognize that as an Ork if it wasn't green with rally tape here and there.
