no, hes got for more control over the warp, otherwise he wouldent b hovering.
He IS a psyker in the typical sense. But he is so much more attuned to the warp, he is forced to become an astropath. One who pilots a ship during the rigorous travel through the warp. If one was ever let off the chain... Tzeentch only knows what he would be capable of...
