Well, may I call this ********.
Only imperial good seems to be space marines in neutral good. rest of them are neutrals
They're Neutral because in the fluff they don't just attack Chaos.
Sisters of Battle for example kill heretics, that includes Space Marines, Imperial Guard, Heretics... etc...
And of course Imperial Guard legions are not o-so-loyal 100% of the time.
