Thought, the question is still there, what if CABAL, actually could fight against The Scrin?
(I'm disposed to do a video, but I need the foreman and CABAL quotes, something that I don't have, I'm still searching download links on internet and getting on the FS files, can't find it.
And obviously isn't possible to check on C&C 3 files for Foreman's quotes.)
you could extract cabal quotes from tib sun. its not that hard.
and if cabal could fight the scrin he would probably make scrin cyborgs.
That was supposed to happen on Westwood's C&C 3, CABAL would assimilate the Scrin also.

I think EA was thinking that because you destroyed or atleast think you destroyed him already and everyone in the game it's self believed he was destroyed why go against that. But i would have been nice destroy him again.

Cabal was physically destroyed Legion was made from some fragments of Cabals core.
If he was physically destroyed, the fragments wouldn't exist. xD
By physically destroyed i meant he was destroyed by physical means(50+ shells from 120mm cannons attached to titans) and there was still possibly something to salvage, not that he was 100% destroyed.
This can't be General Hassan's Elite Guard, since he didn't have any Cyborg Reapers. So it has to be CABAL. ;-)
