I beleive that the mutant hovel should come with at least 1 special ability...

I was thinking perhaps it could be something like this:

Type: Reiforcement Ability
Cost: $2200
Effect: Supplies 2 Mutant Rocket Squads & 2 Mutant Militant Squads to specified location

how they would arrive would be 2 chinook helicopters fly over each of them releasing 1 rocket squad and 1 militant squad... then those troops would use parachutes to slow thier fall... finally they would land at the desired location :)

Maybe... But Mutants are only for being cheap mercenaries to turn the tide of battle into your favor. They aren't faction enough yet to have a support power.
Honestly they'll be getting a Mammy in 1.5 do we seriously need paratrooping Mutants?

They don't need a reinforcement power.... but if there was something relevant to there actual Lore. Like a Tibereum scan since the mutants would probably know where the tib was. Or maybe another ability for the generic scouting... Maybe a "local insight" power that's like a scan.

"Local Insight"... and it lights up an area 50cells around the hovel... for 2-3 minutes...

(if you dont know... 50 cells is freakin big

I have no idea how large a cell is in C&C3... In tibsun it was nice and easy to figure it out though...
