I dont know what, but the phantom stealth generator needs something else to help make it worth having or the value needs to be lowered by $200-$400 to make it more useful. |

As written in battle base thread. Giving a "repair area" when phantom is deployed can resolve several support problems. -- Brotherhood, Unity, Peace. |
