also, notice how the mantlet is different from the one in the previous image. This was because Mephisto was produced by Röchling and Wotan by Krupp when a final design was agreed upon.

Panzert, do you mean the cannon on the front and it's mount? This tank was originally a female tank, and converted to a male tank.

Here's the history.
Memphisto was originally designed a female tank (MGs only, no cannon). An aperture was later cut in the front plate and the cannon installed on a Bocklafette mount, with the original MG loopholes being covered with hinged flaps.

The Cannon and MGs were removed post-war, and were temporarily re-installed for Anzac Day, 1987. The "turret" front is also a modern replica, as the original is reported to no longer exist.
