They were not afraid to try different types of rulership to see what works for them, thus creating for themselves very turbulent past. Of course, that country of such size and age isn't without innocent blood.
USA:
Practicaly a refuse of Europe [thieves, murderers, speculants] came to an inhabited continent.
Day 1 - they labeled the natives as "savages", killed most of them and took their land. The remaining natives were forced to reservations.
Seeing that the Indians will rather fight them than being enslaved, the new "Freedom Nation" had to "import" natives from Africa in order to build their new empire.
These new and hard-headed "Freedom" citizens also believe that the only way to live, is to go around the Planet and overthrow goverments in the name of "Freedom" & "Security". Then they screw those lands completely by tricking them into buyng their outdated combat weapons & oil and also trade with that land's natural resources. In many cases also taking advantage of the cheap labor of the new land.
If anyone would create an "Evolution of the US", that animation would be inappropriate to see for the kids.
I completely agree with your opinion,russians always fight for slavs they saved slavs from nazis,if not their sacrifice (14 milion soldiers and completly destroyed country) nazis would won WW2...
Majo, there's a reason for it. I've seen an old map [9th century?] and today's region of Slovakia, was Russia. We are Russians that rebeled against Russian Empire and separated. Sad, but true.
