I think if the Germans would have focused more on these advanced things like Type XXI electric submarine and Me262, instead of wasting time and resources on Ratte and Maus projects, our history would have changed in a not so good way - Fortunately, they didn't.
I doubt it, it was already too late for XXI. Allied equipment was simply too good, any convoy attack was doomed before the captain even launched a torpedo. + these thing still need oxygen for their diesel engines when submerged so usage of snorkel is required, and that sticking part out of the water is detected by radar,besides it had a lot of mechanical faults.
Me262 on the other hand would simply be outnumbered. Germans couldn't have built enough because of their destroyed industry, which was destroyed by allied bombers. And by the time these things could be rolled out the industry was dead already. You can't stop the t34's advancing by XXI's and Me262's.
