Scaleform is the leading provider of Flash-based user interface (UI) tools and middleware for video games.

Scaleform GFx is included in UDK. What's included:
GFx runtime player with 3Di rendering, CLIK Flash UI Framework, Scaleform IME for Asian language chat support, AMP profiler for performance and memory, game UI samples - HUD, menu, 3d inventory and loading screen, docs, videos, and demos.

What isn't included: Scaleform video and content authoring tools.

I am looking to get my hands on a version of Scaleform GFx so that I can mod the UI of an old game! Can anyone help me find it? I downloaded the UDK from November of 2011 and Scaleform is not included there...

THQ hiring user interface artist:

The UI/Graphic Artist works closely with the art director, game designers,
programming team, and other UI artists to design and create high quality
graphical user interface. This individual is expected to design and execute for
specific game platforms and under the technical constraints of those platforms.
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of Flash CS5 and experience with
ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 and with Scaleform. They will also be required to
master the use of existing game engine tools and to suggest enhancements as
needed. Ideal candidates have some experience creating 2D concept art.

Essential Job Functions
• Conceptualizes and creates all types of UI elements
• Assists in design of UI flow and function
• Integrates assets into game
• Participates in visual comparison and critiques
• Learns and uses proprietary tools
• Works with UI programmers, game designers, and other UI artists
• Works within hardware and software limitations for project
• Meets deadlines
• Remains stationary for long periods of time while working in front of a
computer
• Manipulates a keyboard, mouse, and/or other input device
• Communicates effectively with management on both a project and studio level
• Participates in studio-sanctioned training courses
• Performs other similar or related duties as necessary
