how to fix the dead AI in FOC

Every time I download WinRAR it tells me that the file is corrupted than it is ??
So I just downloaded this, awesome by the way, but when I play skirmish, my enemy does not attack. They don't build troops, turrets, or anything. They just sit at their base. Anyone else had this problem?
I think there is an AI fix patch for RAW somewhere on their official page.

I can play skirmish battles online easy but when it comes to galactic conquest the game quits working while finding connections, can anyone help?
Hi! Thanks, guys, for mod, really cool. But I can not play, I have a problem. Installing in all instructions, did the right thing, but after running through a desktop shortcut, a window appears to be loaded and crashes a couple of seconds. Help how to fix? Reinstalled several times, shaking from different sites. It does not help. Sorry foк my English, I from Ukraine.I using 32 bit system and 4 GB RAM. RAMFIX don`t help.My system Windows 7.
open the raw launcher go to language, select ukrainian and press "rename master text file"
