So, I'm working on the center core of the k7a DM map chunk hack set
And this map is literally bonkers

There are 2 sloped columns - you can find these in pkn7 either in the convenience pack or pk artefacts.
The map "reconstituter" likes nothing but rectangular solids.
So it made them all odd angles. Same shape, just odd cuts.

As you can see in the editor view - I deleted them!
Completely. I made 2 new brushes to mark their base locations and hid them in the floor.
The column I built to replace them I moved over in front.
And it has bizarro missing part on the base.

Another weird thing - shoot a grenade anywhere near that base or the bottom front edge of the 2 columns and it gets stuck.

I have checked all non world bsp models. There is NOTHING to account for those phantom columns.

I am tempted to leave them in as a feature.
I might try compiling this part with the old dos tools just to see what it does.
Though I suspect it will just crash because there are winding warnings:
