Nothing to be proud off, I didn't really know it myself. Its not right but it was not literally a zoo, more part of a living museum durin the world fair of 1958, exhibiton. The people in the scene where paid, and where free to run around. Keep in mind that the common citizen didn't had a television so only saw things about the colony from pictures
Those things where spread over the whole west, in the USA there was even a black man running around with monkey's
But defenitly something to be disgusted off
Relax , in aliens worlds humans that are abducted are expositioned like this too , it might happen again
As well babes or hunks for sale on brothels are in a similar form presented
What hurts is that is not for art is for commerce
Only when you present something of art is honorable like a painting or a sculpture
