Looks way worse on the full picture view D:
Not sure how to help you though. What are your system specs? If you've got a laptop, post the brand & model.
Off the bat, I say try fiddling with your graphics card control panel settings for FC4 and antialiasing. You can access the gpu control panel by right clicking on your desktop, it should be among the options in there.
Since this is a shiny new game, a gpu driver update should be beneficial as well.

I'm not really familiar with how the AMD Catalyst UI layout may be for the 5730M, but on about every modern graphics card software, there really should be a "3D settings" (or similar) page/tab where you can configure application specific profiles for games/3D apps.
MAYBE, fiddling with a custom profile for Far Cry 4 fixes your problem.

OK guys, so I have many options in my Catalyst GPU center, there are these options in 3D settings:
Standard, AA, AAmode, AF, AI, Mipmap, All
So which should I open and change something? I have most of the options set on "Use application settings" should I turn it off for some AA settings? there are so many of them, please help me

Try changing the settings on AA and AAmode. Also see if changing the Catalyst AI setting improves anything.
Also update your graphics card driver if you haven't already. I tried looking up your laptop model on the lenovo website but there's a whooping 135 different "Ideapad Y560" laptops.
I can look up the graphic driver update download for you but I'll need the full model number of your laptop.

that ll be waste of time, its unordinary, but on Y560, there is only one working version of GPU software that is included in my laptop already and no other updates are available or possibly compatible, I know my laptop well, so it wont be in the bad version of my software, but I will try to play with AA and AAmode as you said and hopefully it ll help
