Turn Left thoughts Thread - Moddb Doctor Who Fans

"Turn Left" is not one of my favorites: Tvmaze.com

The story writing is decent. I'm just not a big fan
of the "doctor not present" episodes.

These often happen because the main "guy" has
other obligations during filming for that episode.
Tv serials often have a brutal schedule.

Still, the beginning and ending impressed me.
The idea of a busy "foreign-ish" market themed world - love that.
Whatever was in the pint they had - I want some.

And the surprise at the end.
We dont often get to see former companions return to the show.

But to see "BAD WOLF" with the chosen music.
Man, that was awesome.

I could really feel the energy of the show with that.

Some companions really mesh with the Doctor, whatever
his regeneration. They have a natural feel, like
these are two real people having these fantastic
adventures.

I think this is what makes Doctor Who great to watch.
The idea that you can have a fantastic adventure.

For me, Donna and Martha seem not to mesh so well.
So, even a little bit with Rose is awesome.
