With the continued peace between the kingdoms of Greece, Hungary and Serbia and the violent rise of the Prussian Empire the allies in the east decide to form the Balkan League and become full allies, should one require aid then the other two provide assistance.
Hungary is the one closest to the Western powers and as such is the effective frontline, Greece dominates the sea partially with other maritime powers but is still a formidable force. It also shares borders with Tukery.
Serbia by far is the most important of the three as it shares its borders with Italië and Turkey and also has navies and trade fleets.
Militarily the allies have decided that the bulk of infantry are formed up by the Serbians whilst the Hungarians form the most of the cavalry. The Greeks lend their nautical prowess to the Serbian fleets and take to the seas.
Envoys are sent to Rome and the Ottoman Empire to ensure the peace. On their departure they also leave an invite for a nice cup of tea in Belgrade with the other leaders as per request of Grand King Aleksander who enjoys his tea time.
OOC: In other words I get more armies and fleets and territory I am not going to use any time soon :D.
oh yeah i cut off a mans head and get banished for supposedly taking over things the easy way and he does basically the same thing and suffers no punishment!
Because I spammed envoys to them and did not execute anyone or threaten people!
Plus I am not attacking anyone either nor am I planning to do such.
P.S. You and I never do the same thing!
