Anyone else that thinks that 1, it doesn't much look like Ashley (not that I care) and 2, that color is amazing (yes, I love dark blue as much as I love dark red). =)
She is just enchanted a bit. ^_^

It's not like there was much to start from.
So they kept the boob armor.
Never understood that armor design.
Ask any woman why flat chested plate armor is a really BAD idea.
Ask any armor designer why adding large space in armor is often times detrimental to armor. At least the N7 variety tries to be better than both cases.
What do you mean by "large spaces"?
I mean intentionally breast-sized holes in the armor that bulge out. Not only are you giving them a pin-point indication of your heart, but you're causing a weak point in the armor. Clearly the N7-style armor is better at compensating for this, but for the most part I imagine the same rules still apply.
Well light armor suposed to be soft and have some defence ....(same would be for medium)

If you think about it in the other 2 games she wasn't a spectre, Before she had to do everything Military style but now she can look the way she wants
I do not recognise her, i checked her face on google and it doesn't look like her. i could be wrong maybe a bad shot but for me this ashley doesn't look like ashley. me likes the blue :)
also please shut up about stuff like her being a spectre i do not want it to be spoiled and i didn't knew that before.

Yes, the picture was posted on the ME FB page and the caption said it was Spectre armor!
Despite the new hair, I can still make out her face. This Ashley looks better than the original, I'll give her that.
Maybe Ash spent all her money for plastic sergery after becoming a spectre.

I killed her because she was a bitch, I don't have any regrets, Kaidan is also useless to me.
