Mandal Hypernautics and created a defensive platform that stands between the Pilum and the massive Mandalorian Heavy Defence Platform series with some extra additions to add to its functionality, it however remains somewhat more expensive then the Pilum series.
The station is a light weight version of the Heavy Defence Platform and has been modified to be easy to produce and to transport, giving the Mandalorians the ability to set-up a defence around a planet that needs to be reinforced or left so that the Battlegroup can move on to other targets.
For this reason it only requires a small amount of people to crew it and it has a relatively small maintenance cost allowing it to be a effective backbone to occupying forces.
The T-A 34 is armed with:
20 Double Heavy Turbo Laser Cannons
10 Triple Heavy Turbo Laser Cannons
50 Light Point Laser Defense Cannons
20 Heavy Anti Fighter Defense Cannons
20 Light Missle Launchers
10 3m Mass Driver Launchers.
It also has strong shields and a sturdy hull but it relies on its weapons to keep the enemy at bay before pulverizing them.

Of course its real! It uses Vortex Mark 4 engines to actually move through dimensions which explains the white lines :P
