Who is this?
A figure from 'The Fellowship Of The Ring' He did not appeared in the movie
He's a spirit I think who lives in a forest at the border of the Shire.... Or at least somewhere in Eriador
He met Frodo and the rest of the Hobbits while they where on their way to Bree
