Geezus! I always wanted to know how to imagine sauron in human form NICE!
i thoght sauron was a fallen Valar or Istari (wizard) whatever you prefer
Actually he's a fallen Maia, a spirit of the likes of the Istari and the Balrogs.
i saw another picture of him , actually its more a drawing but a very detailed one .. it was titled as Sauron the Fair.. im guessing that was during the Second Age when he was known as Annatar (lord of gifts) that was when he was the bringer of gifts or something similar to that area .. Also isn't he of Maiar race? (correct me if im wrong)
Yes you're right first he was one of the Maiar just like gandalf or mithrandir what you prefer and saruman. but then he got corrupted by Morgoth. but when he was know as Annatar he that just was kind like some cloak to seduce to all men, dwarves and elves by giving them the rings.
oh so Gandalf as well? so im assuming it will be the same for all those in Istari order as well..
