He is only from BFME2 ROTWK right? Theres no mention of him in Tolkien books
he is a nazgul . and he is right hand of witch-king of angmar
just in the game because in the books and films witch king right hand is Khamul the easterling...true story :)
of course story of lotr games generally is artificial story
but they are awesome! :D
