I believe they are from the seagulls near Minas Tirith ...
It's definately seagulls lol. I think it's some kind of tribute to the numenoreans who travelled to middle earth by boat. (I'm probably wrong but I know it's definately seagull's feather) :)
I want that armor, and the spear, the spear is brilliant.
