Probably because they turned blind eye onto flow of new recruits and weapon supplies for Syrian opposition trough their country. These are now ISIS. Even opened borders and pretended nothing happen.
I searched "The Three Terrors" on YouTube and I found out that this video is, at least, 4 years old. These things were still in the beginning 4 years ago, I don't think that's the reason.
