I don't get it, that is a Ukrainian Female Soldier, how the hell she is the daughter of Raheel Sharif, a Pakistani General? Moreover given the fact she lives over a continent away, how his "relatives" are a problem specially shine "you" is the member of the fourth most powerful Military in the entire goddam world!?!?
I think the joke is that she is surrounded by people that are significantly more impressive than you are.
