No. It just shows that you don't know your PC's limits.
Ahh, the dangers of a generic power supply mixed with overclocking. Don't do this, kids!
Always overclock on a proper good power supply & motherboard. And remember, it's not only the cpu, ram & mobo (specially the mobo's VRMs) also need better heat dissipation than on stock clocks ;D
