In highschool my Architecture teacher had an upside down clock on his wall and whenever someone asked him why the clock was upside down he'd reply "so when the Australian exchange students come in they'll be able to read the clock."
I had a science teacher that had a mirror reflected clock since in all honesty who even knows which way time is going? Also he was planning on buying a globe that was completely correct but had the Arctic at the bottom instead of Antarctica, since who knows which way is up in the universe...
people are kinda over reacting...i think there are by far worse places to adventure....like the nigerian delta
or Birmingham, far more dangerous
Or the public toilet at my workplace.
Or Hull
