Cancer is the exact OPPOSITE of vampirism, it makes you die horribly and early, while vampirism makes you live forever in an undead state. :P
It is still plausible Vampirism is a form of cancer then! It... Just may not kill you. Just like moles!
Not the animal kind of course, but the brown ugly things on random parts of your body.
Cancer is the uncontrolled growth of mutated cells so...yes it is=D
