Guy must be living in I.E era whereas computers are potato af, I guess it wasn't for that purpose back then, but we all have these custom builts and stuff now.

My guess is he, being the uninformed, poor decision-making console peasant he is, thinks PCs are only ultra thin laptops (heck, laptops in general if you consider the price difference, gah) and All-In-One systems.
Well, he might not even be aware proper custom builds are a thing. I say this after much thought, particularly on:
"Why would any even slightly sane human being choose consoles SAYING THEY'RE CHEAPER, with consoles' paid subscription to go online and no sales for games, while a custom built PC for the same price performs about the same (if not better AND is upgradeable), goes online for free *and* gets sales?"
I came to the conclusion: They don't know. Ignorance is a fearsome thing.
