Well let's say you work in an office with one printer where you have to print a lot or you simply have like 10 more people using the same printer. It can get really annoying I tell ya. Printer's memory gets full in a matter of seconds and the you get a message saying 'Printer queue is full' or something similar. It prevents you from getting your print done also it turns the office into a 'Who's gonna click faster' competition. I hope that clears the mists around that joke. Cheers! ^^
