That's the best way to handle the spider, anyway.
Reminds me of a time at my high school where a bunch of spiders infested the insides of one of the fire alarms. We had a drill every other day because of those damn things playing with the wires.
I would say kill it with fire, but... Well, you get what I'm trying to say... :P
