Capitalism does not remove the moral code, nor does a communist system enhance it, they are both irrelevant.
Moral are based on personal values, and whilst it might be influenced by money for some, most of the time it isn't. Politicians are the proof that you don't need money to be an ******* and on the other side of the medal the super rich such as Bill gates and Larry Ellison can be hard working and generous people.
The main catalyst for moral are the culture. Not the financial system. Greed is part of nature, not from capitalism, and communism won't eradicate it.
I would prefer Coffee shops like in the Netherlands. Don't like drunken people.... but sadly our government thinks TCH is bad for community.
(Or what I think the alcohol lobby has too much might, afraid of loosing customers)
How would your THC(I see what you did there, you spelled it wrong) supplier be more moral than a bartender? How is being stoned better than being drunk? Same crap, different pile.
...which means?...

You buy booze but u need to be over 21. But in the Swedish pubs u can buy booze when your 18... xD
because apparently bartenders are supposed to have some moral code and stop serving drinks when the teenagers get to drunk. Haha.
