Depends on the church and your definition of a Church. Cause for me a building =/= a church. It is simply a man-made structure that can serve as a house for a Church.
A Church to me is any place where 2 or more Christians gather to talk about God. I'm pretty sure that there's a verse about that somewhere but I'm too exhausted from studying snow ecology to look for it. If someone can easily find it than please post it.

Pretty much. Our "churches" should really be called "Temples" because the church Jesus talks about is His people, not a place.
A church is any place that gets tax exemption.
