A good way to avoid that would be to put some toilet paper before you unload... though there is always a chance of clogging up the toilet...
Or we could just ban water all together. I mean 100% of people that drink or inhale water die. (inhaling has a quicker effect)

Hogwash! That's one of the best parts about taking a dump. I always bring my own bidet...
