I've used Windows all my life and I've never had to deal with that screen. besides it's Black not blue in Windows 7.
it is blue...i have had it, in W7 Ultimate, and its blue...doh
Lucky you, I got that one too many times =(
I'll rather restart my PC sometimes than paying for every little ****. People complains about restarting, but you must admit it's better to push one Reset button than putting it to services. PC is so complicated that it will never work 100% right and you should be glad that you can fix it just in few minutes by restart.
at the end of the day, Unix is superior to win os, its in the core and architecture of programming, full stop
