What I do? I watch too much p and I usually stay in the dark. I preferred not to speak much and deal with people and easily tempered. Real genius.
sleep is still important and if i don't have to go to school the next day i go to sleep later then normal. but if i have to wake up in the morning and go somewhere i go to sleep around 12 preferably. however since sleep improves memory, i would still recommend at least 5-6 sleep cycles per night. less sleep will not make you a genius, so still try getting a good amount of sleep cycles, since REM sleep is VERY, VERY, VERY important.
