Seriously though, who would win? :D
Star wars would win because their turbolasers are very strong. lol, I probably just started a comment war. :P
Even tho i like Star Trek much more than Star Wars, i'm going to be realistic here. Star Wars would win all the way.

na startrek is going to win. comon lazers that fly that slow that some guy with a sword can deflect it. startrek is much more realistic and will win.
Erhm Lasers that shoot like that and destroy things at that propertion aren't very realistic.
Yeah, lasers kinda travel the speed of light. Their depiction is Starwars is completely wrong :/.

Though I feel forced to say the same as mr romnus, I think Star Wars would win because (as some of you already pointed out) Star Wars usually isn't as realistic as Star Trek...
well, star trek could use their realism to their advantage. Just when the enterprises shields are down and they can't sustain many more hits, the science guy can run over to the helm station and shout out some technobabble that would either help them escape and prepare for another battle, or mabye render the star destroyers weapons useless with a dampening field? Actually, then both ships couldn't fire, or travel fast enough to lose the other ship, so there would be only one coarse of action... RAMMING SPEED!!!!! Which ship would survive a collision going thousands of kilometers a second? One ship is shaped like a knife, and the other one has a pizza-like saucer section... idk, mabye star wars would win :P

Hmm, let's not forget both ships are not equally equipped. The Star Destroyer for example, is at least twice the size of the Enterprise making it much harder to destroy.
Note that I'm just as much a Star Trek fan as a Starwars fan (if not more) so my views are based on observation only, not personal preference =)
I am a star wars fan just as much as I am a star trek fan as well, but If I were suddenly handed the licenses to both these franchises and asked to make them fight each-other in a hundred-million-dollar budget hollywood movie, I wouldn't make a two-minute long film depicting the Enterprise flying towards a star destroyer, and then going down in a massive, spectacular explosion. I would find ways to continue the fight, and put these two enemies on equal footing. That would be awesome, much better than the default "star wars wins", or "Star Trek" wins. :)
